Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at SUNTIMEMODA . If for any reason you don't love what you ordered, we're here to help you manage your returns easily and transparently.
Our policy is designed to give you plenty of time to decide, while ensuring your refund is processed quickly.
Our Deadlines
To ensure a smooth process, we ask you to respect two simple deadlines:
- For the Request: You have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us and request a return.
- For Shipping: Once we have received our authorization, the package must be entrusted to the courier and sent within the following 7 days .
How to Make a Return (in 3 Steps)
1. Request Authorization
Before shipping, you must contact us. Send an email to support@suntimemoda.com or message us on WhatsApp (recommended) or Instagram.
- We will provide you with the authorization number and confirm the details.
- Please note: Unauthorized returns or returns shipped without prior notice will not be accepted.
2. Prepare the Package
Make sure the items are in perfect condition for resale:
- Never worn, washed or altered.
- With all original labels and tags attached.
- In original packaging (including shoe boxes, dust bags, etc.).
- Free from odors (perfume, smoke), makeup stains, or pet hair.
3. Send
After receiving authorization, carefully package the products and ship them within 7 days to the following address:

- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
- Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. SUNTIMEMODA is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds and Options
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll conduct a quality inspection (usually within 2-3 business days). We'll send you a confirmation email once the inspection is complete.
If the return is approved, you can choose between two options:

Refund to Original Payment Method
The amount will be automatically credited back to the card or account used for the purchase. Banking times may vary, but funds are generally visible within 14 days . -
Store Credit (Spending Voucher) - Recommended Option
If you prefer, we can issue you a promotional code worth your refund.- Never Expires: The code has no time limit, you can use it whenever you want.
- Personal: The code is unique, linked exclusively to your customer account and cannot be transferred to third parties.
Exceptions: What Cannot Be Returned
To ensure the quality and hygiene of our products for all customers, we cannot accept returns for:
- Sale Items: Only items purchased at full price are refundable.
- Accessories: Earrings, necklaces, belts and other personal accessories (for strict hygiene reasons).
- Products that do not meet the conditions listed above (used, damaged, without labels).
If a received return does not meet these conditions, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense and a refund will not be issued.
Defective or Wrong Products
We sincerely apologize if there was a mistake! If you received an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).
- Please send clear photos of the defect to support@suntimemoda.com .
In this case, we will resolve the issue entirely at our expense (including return shipping), either by sending you a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Size Change
Need a different size? Since our items sell out quickly, the fastest and most effective way is:
- Return the item that doesn't fit (following the procedure above).
- Buy the correct size immediately with a new order.
Alternatively, contact our customer service: we will be happy to personally guide you in choosing the right size.
