1. Processing Times vs. Shipping Times

It's important to distinguish between the time it takes to prepare the package and the time the courier takes to deliver it.

  • Processing Times (Preparation): Your order is prepared, packed, and handed over to the courier within 24-48 business hours of receiving payment. (Note: Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.)
  • Shipping Times (Travel): Once entrusted to the courier, standard delivery in Italy generally takes 2 to 7 working days .

⚠️ Orders with Pre-order Items

If your order includes pre-order or made-to-order items, delivery times vary. For these special products, the estimated delivery time is approximately 15 business days . Your patience will be rewarded by the quality and exclusivity of the item!

2. Shipping Costs

We offer several options based on your location and the value of your order.

🇮🇹 Shipping to Italy

  • Standard Rate: €7.99
  • FREE Shipping: For orders of €79.00 or more.

Important Note on Sale Items: The "Free Shipping" promotion applies only to full-priced items. Sale or discounted items do not count toward the free shipping threshold and are not eligible for free shipping.

🌍 International Shipping (Outside Italy)

  • Flat Rate: €14.99
  • Shipping times for international shipments may vary depending on the destination customs.

3. Local Delivery Service

For our closest customers, we offer a direct and dedicated delivery service at advantageous conditions.

  • Requirement: Orders of €59.00 or more.
  • Covered Areas: The service is active exclusively for the following postcodes:
    • 97014
    • 97015
    • 97016
    • 96019

If your address falls within these postal codes and you meet the spending threshold, you will see the local delivery option at checkout.

4. Our Couriers and Tracking

To ensure maximum reliability, we rely on the best logistics partners. Shipments are handled primarily through Poste Italiane (default service). Depending on the area and to optimize delivery times, we may also use SDA or BRT .

How to track your package: As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number . You can track your delivery directly on the courier's website.
